Park Up and Play with SHASBAH

Park Up and Play is our NEW outdoor play group for parents and children. Come and meet other local families who are learning to live and thrive with Spina Bifida and/or Hydrocephalus. We gather every week in a park around Sheffield and the surrounding area, to chat, catch up, share stories and advice and get a breath of fresh air together.

We’re a friendly bunch and love to welcome new faces. We’ll go to a different park each week, depending on the requests of the group. This might be the group for you if you struggle to get to North Sheffield for our other events, because the location will vary. Talkin Tarn is a new community group set up in Barnsley to support SEND parents and carers. Our aim is to have therapy drop in days, workshops and regular weekly meet ups aka tea, biscuits and a chat to support SEND parents and carers. Our weekly meet ups are on Monday’s from 10am – 11:30am at the Priory Campus in Barnsley Carers Society (Making Space) community room
