SEND Family Swimming Session

These swimming sessions take place in a Hydrotherapy pool which is warm, airy and welcoming.

This pool is fully accessible with a hoist and the session is staffed with two qualified life guards.

Confident swimmers aged 8+ may enter the pool alone but must be supervised at poolside by parent carer at all times, otherwise they must be accompanied by their parent carer in the pool.

Our aim is for these sessions to be as calm as possible.

Children entering the must be in compliance with our ratios:

1 Adult – 1 child under 4 years

1 Adult 2 children 4 – 8 years

Children 9 years and over are excempt from the ratios but must be accompanied by an Adult whilst in the pool.

Babies must me over 18 months to enter the pool.

Any Medical Conditions that are high Risk must be reported to our Team and  a high risk form must be filled in.

Non swimmers/weak swimmers must stay in the shallow end of the pool

No Diving or Running is permitted in the pool.

No breathing apperatus is allowed in the pool,this includes snorkels.

No one is permitted to enter the pool if you have suffered from any viral or sickness related illness in the previous 48 hours.

Due to high demand please only book for your family/household only.  We will have to refund any tickets ordered for children or young people not in your household.

Due to safeguarding reasons only adults accompying child or young person from your household may attend.

Please ensure you have completed our registration form for your child or young person.  You only need to complete this once.  Activities Registration Form
