Sheffield Volunteering, as part of the University of Sheffield Students’ Union, encourages and enables University of Sheffield students to engage with local communities.
We work closely with local voluntary, charitable and social organisations in Sheffield and South Yorkshire to increase the involvement of student volunteers in the city and region, and strengthen their connection with communities.
If you are a local charitable organisation and would like to recruit student volunteers, please get in touch. We can help you to promote regular volunteering opportunities or one-off activities.
We also have student-led projects (including sports and educational) who deliver outreach activities in schools and community groups. Get in touch if this is something you would be interested in.
