Join us at our Youth Club every Wednesday 5pm-6pm during term time for Children and Young People with SEND in Partnership with RUCST at New York Stadium.

This Session is for 7yrs – 12yrs . Our Youth Club is a place for young people to meet new friends and have fun playing games eg Playstation, Ping pong, Lego,board games and much more.

This session is Free and there is a tuck shop avalible or young people can bring there own snacks and drinks.

PEEPS HIE are a small UK based national charity (Reg 1179495). We support anyone within the UK affected by a Hypoxic Ischaemic Encephalopathy event (H.I.E event) – lack of oxygen to the brain, normally at birth but can occur in older children, regardless of or cause or outcome. We offer free emotional, practical and financial support to anyone affected by H.I.E in the form of counselling, peer support, parent packs, equipment funds and various other means as listed on our website. We offer opportunities for families to meet together in their PEEPS together events, which offers support and the ability to share experiences with other H.I.E families. Ladybower Fisheries is in the heart of the Peak District National Park. We have a team of dedicated qualified staff and volunteers and offer assisted fly fishing sessions on accessible boats or pontoons. These sessions are especially tailored for people with disabilities, regardless of age, enabling them to take up fishing for the first time, or to get back in to fishing after a life changing event. Working in partnership with the British Disabled Angling Association (BDAA) we may be able to fund the fishing events at Ladybower Fisheries and provide adapted fishing equipment as required. All our activities are fully risk assessed by lead fishing coaches who are certified safeguarding and first aid trained and hold a valid enhanced DBS, our power boat operators are all RYA trained and able to assist people with disabilities. Site visits from individuals or groups are welcome before any activity takes place.
